Gabriele, I ran across your blog by accident while looking for something about Dakshinamurti and found your lovely icons.
In this latest posting from December 2008 the bottom two with the nativity in the grotto reminded me of a picture I saw in Meliha on Malta -- it was on the wall of a cave and the church was built so as to have the cave wall behind the altar. Tradition will have that the original drawing was done by St. Paul.
